How we validate "family status" for acceptance into the PPNI program?
The Clinic Coordinators in Chapala, and Jocotopec use a number of criteria to verify that the family qualifies for entry into the PPNI program. The financial support that PPNI provides is one of ‘reimbursement’ for the costs directly related to the sick child’s medical, diagnostic and medication needs. Click here for a full explanation.
Why we have the clinics?
We need to assess the child’s progress since the previous visit, what new advice or medication change the doctor has prescribed, etc. Often the family may need to just chat a bit about a family situation or financial issue that is bothering them. We also review and reimburse the families' expenses.
