
SOLICITATION FOR EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
June 2025
At Niños Incapacitados our MISSION is to help Mexican families who require financial assistance for the on-going medical expenses of their children who suffer from serious disabilities or life-threatening illnesses. We are an all-volunteer children’s charity operating in the Lake Chapala area since 1974.
We are currently accepting applications for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR (EA) to the President.

The EA will report to, and work closely with the President.

Flexible hours, based on the seasonality of the work we do.

Compensation commensurate to experience.

The deadline for submission is July 22, 2025.
We are looking for candidates with EXPERIENCE such as, but not limited to:

Basic office skills
-
Fluency in Spanish & English
-
Basic knowledge of Mexican government regulations relative to charitable organizations.

Team player, self-starter with organizational, interpersonal and communications skills

Knowledge and use of platforms such as GoogleDrive, Salesforce, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office

Independent transportation. The workspace is located in Chapala.
The PRIMARY FUNCTION will be to assist the President with, but not limited to:

Governance of the Organization, including maintenance of our ACTA document

Planning, Facilitating, Recording of Annual Meetings and Assemblies

Translating, protocolizing and submission of the necessary Reports and Documents as required by Mexican government agencies such as SAT and SSAS.

Interact with our Treasurer, Accountant, Financial and Fundraising Committees
