VOLUNTEER
Niños Incapacitados is an all-volunteer organization that has been in existence for 50 years. This is a tribute to the quality and dedication of the people who have served the organization and the community. We wish to continue to uphold the high standard set by our predecessors. Given that goal, all volunteers are asked to read the Volunteer Policy to understand the code of conduct and expectations of being associated with Niños Incapacitados. In addition, we ask each volunteer to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement prior to working on behalf of the organization.
These requirements may seem a little odd or excessive to someone who is kind enough to devote their time and passion to Niños Incapacitados. Please be assured the requests and forms are necessary. Many hours are spent every year to work with and meet government requirements that allow us to be a bona-fide charity and able to issue tax receipts in three different countries. We also have to meet stringent privacy requiremenets that are necessary for the protection of our families and children. We are grateful for the offer of your time and will review your volunteer application shortly.
